Mindful Menus, Primal Edition

Last week, I ate primally/lacto-paleo. That is, I eliminated grains and potatoes, although I kept dairy in my diet to lessen the shock to my system. This week, I'm cutting dairy temporarily to see if it helps with my sinus congestion at all (I don't think I have an allergy, but I do think that dairy can be mucus-forming if I'm already having a problem).

Monday: Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stew, topped with avocado

Tuesday: Leftover stew served over roasted sweet potatoes, with avocado

Wednesday: Liver and onions, with broccoli

Thursday: More Leftover Stew, over sweet potatoes, with avocado

Friday: Seared wild yellowfin tuna (a rare treat) with sweet potatoes and raw radishes

Saturday: Food Renegade's Primal Egg Drop Soup, served with some sort of crudite.
