Mindful Menus 3 May 2010 - 7 May 2010

So I'm trying something new this week. I'm finally going to submit a menu to Chive Talkin's Mindful Menus, and see how the week turns out.

Monday: Salad plates with leftover steak from the weekend, red leaf lettuce, and homemade cornbread from last night

Tuesday: Grilled grass-fed sandwich steaks with green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes

Wednesday: Broiled wild salmon, sauteed kale with garlic, roasted sweet potatoes

Thursday: Grilled sandwich steaks, broccoli, and roasted potatoes

Friday: Pizza! I'm going to top it with tomato sauce, sliced zucchini, and organic mozzarella cheese
